The responsibilities of this position are, but are not limited to, leading the development of facility Maintenance Team Members and playing a key role in the strategic planning of the facility, leading strategy, safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts. Primary
Responsibilities:
Build and sustain a Positive Leadership culture that instills the you can count on us mindset Lead, mentor, and coach Members of the Maintenance Team through the development of personal and technical developmental plans Drive the Maintenance Team to maximize equipment uptime Own asset management including maximizing utilization, replacement, upgrading, maintenance, and tracking utilizing SAP Develop and maximize the use of preventative maintenance (PM) and the work order system to maximize plant performance Partner with the Production, Shipping, and Sanitation departments to build joint ownership of the facility and equipment Support the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology and the tools that support this initiative Drive the Maintenance Team to operate in Reliability Centered Maintenance process using tools like RCA, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma Tools, etc. Determine and maintain all maintenance accounts within the budget Proactively form, lead, and facilitate various teams designed to improve our quality and effectiveness of maintenance and production Develop and install continuous improvement programs throughout the maintenance area Monitor the success of the planning, scheduling, and inventory control functions of the Maintenance Team Education Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field is required Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance leadership role is required Experience in a food processing environment is preferred Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of general USDA regulations is required Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and GMP is required Basic computer skills are required Knowledge of Kronos, SAP, Outlook and MS Office is preferred Ability to work in a fast pace environment Great communication skills Working Conditions Member must be able to work in a humid and wet environment Temperatures will vary depending on time of the year (winter/summer) Must be able to tolerate spice odors Physical demands for this position require being able to work and stand most of the time Member must be able to lift 15 to 25 pounds, carry and push 5 to 25 pounds approximately
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
